Our Purpose -

The purpose of the Clay School-Based Health Center is to provide easier access to health care for our school-aged children. We provide preventive and primary care as well as health education. We encourage students to make responsible personal health decisions that will lead to healthy and productive lifestyles.

Our Services      The Health Centers offer a variety of billable and non-billable services which include

    Billable: Acute care/sick visits
Annual Well Child Exams
Immunizations
Lab Test/Blood Work
Wart Removal
Allergy Injections
Referrals to Specialists

     Non-Billable: Basic First Aid
Blood Pressure Checks
     If the nature of your child’s illness or injury requires them to see the provider for treatment, there will be a charge.
     In order for your child to receive any of the above services, he/she must have a signed consent on file. Students cannot be seen without parental consent.

                                                                       Clay and Big Otter Elementary, Middle and High School Health Centers are operated by Primary Care Systems, Inc. which includes medical and support staff of the Clay Health Center and Big Otter Clinic.
